NEW PROTOTYPE WORK! :D We figured out the final measurements for the drivetrain/lifter connection, via the CAD file and Lyle's skillful measuring. With these values, we drew out a new map of the drivetrain on a new piece of wood. We disassembled the old prototype, taking the pulley system/80/20 connecting mount thing, as well as the top plate + 3 pulleys. We scrapped the smaller 80/20 pieces, and replaced them with newly cut 6 FOOT PIECES (just like the final model). The back plate was also throw out the window. Not literally of course. Dis ain't no defenestration of Prague!
With the new wood map, new brackets, and new 80/20, we built one side of the lifter and mounted it to the base. Yippee.
Nothing much, really
Mount/put together the other side of the lifter.
