Philip attempted to put on support pieces on the ends of the plate. All his work was performed at an unacceptable level of accuracy, according to Mike. Not only did he fail to drill the holes accurately, he also failed to cut the 80/20 to the appropriate size. In fact, his mess up with the holes cause us extra undue work to try to reposition the holes (much harder than drilling new ones). We also had to recut and tap new 80/20 support pieces. We therefore spent most of the day correcting mistakes. and we now have 2 more holes to correct as well as 2 more 80/20 support pieces. We did not make much progress on the bumpers

we need as much attendance as we can to get this done by bag day, because we are running behind.
