Positive shooter power makes the shooter retract, negative encoder angle is the same direction

Nolan finished wiring a couple of things, fixed drink power problem, worked on auxiliary driver station and tried testing shooter and got some good stuff about it
Challenges
Some stuff got switched around with new robot
