The BOM was confirmed and a purchase was made for all of our gearbox parts, valued at $2062. Used the 15-tooth pinion and 14-tooth pinion as opposed to the 17 and 12-tooth ones. More work was done on the drivetrain assembly in Creo. Mecanum wheels were placed, lightening holes were added to the inner plates, and mounting plates for the front gearboxes were placed as well.
Challenges
Asked Cole about the bends but he unfortunately had no solution. First round of lightening holes were found to be too excessive.
Work for Next Meeting
Continue on Creo with lightening holes, the rear secondary mounts for the gearboxes, and one set of rivet holes still needs to be made as well. Look into assembling gearboxes.
