For the CAD subteam, we worked on CAD. We added a plus plate to the design that would connect the c channel to the fixed 80/20, making three points on contact on each part for extra support. We added the clamp plate and the piston to the CAD as well.  We also worked with the lifter subteam on the prototype lifter/clamp apparatus made of 8020 and wood.  We also cut a prototype roof out of wood.  The last thing we did was screw in lifter's tower.  

On the bimba checkout page, the part number says bore size 2.5 inches, but on the select part page and also the cad, the bore size is 2 inches. We are assuming its' a typo, and going ahead with it. Also, we don't know the size of the pneumatic fitting holes, but on the CAD they are close to 3/8, so we are going to assume it's okay to use our existing pneumatic fittings.
