Notes

full CAD is supposed to be done by MONDAY

full order by Wednesday ESPECIALLY MACHINED PARTS

Work Completed

Today we arrived to find that our prototype had been disassembled and so Martin and Robert were put on that immediately. After some rebuilding and some tweaking the roof has been mounted and both of the pulleys are able to spin freely. Joaquin worked with Lyle to nail down the damn pulley system (its finally done). He also cadded a spool that will fit onto the the hex shaft from the RAW box. The RAW box has been changed around and is oriented with the shaft in a vertical position and it is no longer centered on the back of the drivetrain. The pulley system will now run along the roof of the bot and will have 7 pulleys instead of 6. There will be a hole in the roof that the cable will run through to connect to the back of the robot and mesh with the spool. Kavi's grabber will have holes cut in their plate for mounting.

Challenges

The pulley system is a pain in the butt to create and almost all of the mounts will be handmade using the shop tools that we are expected to get soon.

Work for Next Meeting

Try to get a full CAD of our system to make sure everything integrates (fingers crossed)

Finalize the order on all of the rest of our parts

On Schedule?

i sure hope so (we're getting pretty close)
