Work Completed

We looked at ideas for mounting the flipper and sizes. We determined that we want to use a window motor to move a finger made of 80-20 mounted to the coupler. The window motor will either be mounted to a plate or directly to the 80-20 on the front of the robot. We came up with ideas for a testing rig and dimensioned it all out.

Challenges

We don't quite know what hight and location will work the best for the flippers, testing is required.

Work for Next Meeting

Continue the work on the prototype of the tester. We are making it out of cardboard to be glued or stapled together. The 4' lengths are cut and the rest need to be cut and put together according to the drawing in the notebook which is on the table with the knife and cardboard. After that we need to start measuring and cutting the actual 2x4's to the correct lengths.
