Work Completed

Continued to work on clamp plate. This has proven to be very difficult and we are still working on the plate, although we are very close to being done with this. We have one hole for one 80/20 that has been drilled and the other one is almost in the right place. We are also determining a distance between the center of our c channel mounting to the center of the holes for joaquin's cables so that he can design his apparatus.  Aleksy, Isandro and Caleb worked on designing a layout for the pneumatics.  We looked at the CAD and consulted with Jack and drew out an approximate set of dimensions for a plate to mount the pneumatics on.  

Challenges

We didn't know this design and it's important, so we're referencing the CAD for the dimensions that we need. our c channel mounting to our apparatus is moveable. 

Finding the correct dimensions of the plate.  

 

Work for Next Meeting

finish clamp plates, put on rubber, set up pneumatics, attach to joaquin's thing (determine if we're going to use the vex chassis instead of c channel for our mounting solution)

cut out pneumatics plate and figure out a way to attach it to the robot.  Also drill holes for the pneumatics devices and cut tubing.
