-We recieved the router and other items that we purchased. We organized them, putting them into bins, and also organized our main table.
-Since organization is key to efficiency, we also worked on cable managment. We needed an extension cable to reach our table, and what better way than to make it invisible. Looking around the shop at other sub-teams' work areas we saw a lack of adventure and exitement. Thus we introduced the Pipe Extension Cable™. We took a weight and lowered a string through the hollow pipe in a shelf. Then pulled up the extension cable. Through great skill, we cut out part of the shelf so that it does not crush the wire. Next we taped down the non-invisible section of the cord so that it wouldn't trip people (safety is key). Through this beatiful work of art that we have succeded in creating the team is now energized and ready to build a robot!
-Since we were given the new router, we needed to connect it to the wall, but the plug was too far away so we extended the power cord.
-We also started catalogging the weight and dimensions of components we will be using.
-There was also preliminary testing for the accuracy of the ultrasonic.
-We installed the new router.
Power cord for the new router was too short. Hard to find weight and sizes of electrical components online.
