• Assembled 1 WCD gearbox. Realized we ordered the wrong type. Ordering longer standoffs, bolts, shafts & bearings to fix it
• Assembled outer frame of practice bot DT
• Drilled 3/16" holes in gussets
• wheels are done
• scavenged for hex wheel hubs. found 3. ordered more.
• cut 12 x 7.5" extrusions for ramp but they were wrong type (used 2x1 extrusions when they were supposed to be 1x1) but pieces are still usable.
• also cut 3 x 36.5" 1x1 1/16" thick extrusions for ramp frame from scraps (the extrusions ordered haven't arrived yet)
• practice DT side channel cut are uneven ( bc of mirroring issues on router) --> filed out the holes for bearing blocks
• put bearing blocks on frame. they don't slide super easily so we'll need to loosen the bolts when we want to adjust tension on the chains
• cut back channel for feeder (19")

• refer to work completed
• running out of medium size rivets (.126-.25). ordered more. coming.

• attach wheel hubs onto wheels
• start assembling the wheels (put on 18T sprockets (NOT 22T), measure out the chains, etc.)
• mount bumper pieces
