added a top cover to the mechanism so the ball doesn't roll out of the top of the mechanism.
tested a non-powered botttom bar without wheels, then added a motor to it.
tested the contraption at an 110ish degree angle, to simulate outtaking. we found that with out current set-up, we probably wont be able to outtake without major mechnical change to the arm, or the addition of a wrist. we determined that that may be too complex/heavy to be worthwhile. we determined we should talk to cpatains/the team about moving forward
