ROUTER: 1.5 Climber posts finished (05001) -- Solo in lead, Mike K. backup; router engaged full 3 hours this session
machined part: Cargo Arm Extension had tabs connecting 4 pieces severed by horizontal band saw. All pieces were filed and deburred. No taps or countersinks were required. See post-route processing drawing on Drive: CAD/CAM | Cargo Arm Extension
Challenges
Inexperience on router resulted in the routing process taking a long time to sort out what part to route, how to be sure the tool is set up correctly, and to execute the route
