Front climber ready to run.
Finished CAD and CAM on new cargo parts
Did some testing on climbing testing speed of cargo arm and front stilts.
On first climb attempt, jammed crossbar into frame while raising stilts. This required disassembling the the sprockets on both screws in order to access the hex shaft and rotate the screws. On the plus side, the couplings didn't slip.
In the process of jamming the crossbar, one of the ball screws started shedding bearings.
Programmers have to figure out which of the 20 different climbing algorithms to use.
Swap the bad ball screw with one from the back.
Remove the entire rear stilt assembly?????
AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!!!
