Work Completed
- Made and installed new Cargo Arm/Climber polycarbonate with omni wheel drive motors.
- Installed 28.8 lb CFS on each stilt.
- To install, move stilts down until they hit limit switch.
- Spring and brackets can be easily installed as spring has no tension and does not need to be stretched.
- Installed new potentiometer and coupling with D shaft to cargo arm
- Tested climb
Challenges
FIrst set of CFS brackets were a big fail. Second set worked fine
Don't drive off level 3 after a climb.
Cargo / climber polycarb geometry is not perfect but it should work fine. (Polycarb contacts hab platform a bit before omni wheel)
