Issues removing encoder and brackets - best/most efficient way to remove them?

Parts - encoders

• Build 4 FLL field setup kits - The printed instructions are in a fedex box on the FLL table (which I cleaned off).  One kit is on the table and the other 3 are on what used to be the Invader Bots FLL pallet. See Bob for details.
• Rebuild the FLL tables for the qualifier and championship. See Bob for details.
• Atla-Z
  • 1) route and replace chain mount on elevator  
  • 2) attach elevator to the chain if we have the small bolts (ordered)
• Saba-Z FIX for Boiler Bot (11/16)
  • 1) check and/or fix ground connection to the Power distribution panel (wiring - bare wires right now, wait for yellow ferrules or switch to solid wire)
  • 2) route and replace Lexan triangle pieces on the front right side above bumpers - the one which prevents the robot to drive "under" the cargo ship) 
  • 3) remove the unused DT encoder and brackets (maybe some in storage for Octa?)
  • 4) Wheels - nitrile treads need to be replaced, omnis moved to front shafts (talk to Zach/Vasista/a mentor with details)
  • 5) Check/redo driver control boards
  • 6) Replace hatch panel bracket (broken - we might have replacements in nylon, left facing camera)
• Octa drivetrain
  • 1) wiring, connect RoboRio,
  • 2) find 1-2 DT encoders and PRINT two encoder brackets (the drawing is in SolidWorks somewhere, ask Chris where it is)  Harvest one DT encoder from Saba and find another. Attach these to Octa's DT gearboxes
