plan on printing hood gear racks (instead of water jetting them)

- Began work on the shooter CAD
- Discussed shooter geometry
- Basing the shooter design off of 111 (see #build_shooter)
- Going to use a continually adjustable hood
- Powered by a snowblower motor or a servo
- Currently projected to have ~40 degrees of motion, making the hood capable of angles between 10 and 50 degrees.
Challenges
Using hole wizard on curved surfaces took a bit to figure out
