• continued with the drivetrain wheel assembly
• cut the blue tread to the appropriate length for 6 wheels
• riveted 4/12 rivets into 1 wheel 1/8" by 1" (0.9"), there are 16 left
• order more rivets
• Second gearbox set: enlarge holes for bearings on all four plates, insert ball bearings

• cutting the tread to the right width, 1) measure twice, the thread is almost always too short, calculate cirumference from the diameter, it gives you better estimate :-)   2) fix and use guide rail (wood, metal) on the saw, 3) black side up, it slides on the vertical band saw base plate however it is not smooth and it can potentially be dangerous. Chris' suggestion is to use a cardboard between the thread and the saw for smoother "ride", either way works but BE VERY careful. 4) Use horizontal saw for perpendicular cuts.

• assemble the remaining wheels for the second drivetrain (all of the wheels are assembled for the first drivetrain excluding the tread), ASK if we are actually building the second DT
• attach the tread to all of the wheels including the main drivetrain wheels
• Secondgearbox set: assemble
